It is an inconsistent bug, meaning it can pop up at random: it sometimes skips multiple projects, other times it just skips sequences in one project. There is no real solution to this incredibly annoying problem. Or to be more precise, the audio of your preview window will have latency in contrast to your exported video, thus making it practically impossible to match your video to audio, if audio and video are not in one file.
